ABOUT ME
Hi I’m David, a 27 year old wannabe creative.
MY STORY
The furthest back I can route My fascination for THE MOVING IMAGE and the powerful emotionS FILMS CAN EXPRESS was watching Finding Nemo in a Dutch cinema at the age of 6.
Later on I became passionate about film history, watching and analysing the history of cinema and realising the true divider between film and any other form of art is editing.
Thus I began my journey and have since gained experience and knowledge behind editing workflows, techniques and skills that I want to bring ahead with me into a long-lasting career.
After completing a post-production course with MetFilm I was able to work with real clients within the industry and on a post-graduate project (‘LILI’) For Which i won a best editing award in 2017.
Ever since I have dreamt about working in the post-production industry in film, tv or documentary work.

Despite having no formal training with photography, I have always enjoyed trying to capture the beauty of nature AND daily life of a specific moment in time.
Throughout various trips I have amassed a small body of photos of which a selection fall below.
